Victoria Park 1 Property Owners Association

The Victoria Park community consists of two community associations, Victoria Park I and Victoria Park II, totaling 320 single-family homes built from 1973 thru 2002. Homes are situated on lots ranging in size from .20 to .50 acres. Living areas range from approximately 1,000 to 3,000 sq.ft.

Victoria Park I consists of 112 single-family homes and is governed by Victoria Park I Property Owners Association, Inc and is Professionally managed by Grandview Property Management.  Victoria Park I does not have common area amenities which allows the membership to keep the annual assessments very low.

Victoria Park II consists of 208 single-family homes. Amenities of that community include lighted tennis courts, family park, private lake boat dock, and a community pool.

Victoria Park is across the street from Pelican Marsh Elementary, and most homes are walking distance to school. It is close to Veterans Park, Delnor Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach. It is a short drive to the Naples Philharmonic, Waterside Shops, with easy access to local restaurants, public library, healthcare facilities and Interstate 75. Nearby communities include Pelican Marsh, Stonebridge, Tiburon, Boca Palms, Crescent Lake Estates, Victoria Shores, and Victoria Lakes.
